CLEANING TECH 1 – POSITION:
As a Cleaning Technician, You along with the Team play an important role in our company – providing quality, professional cleaning services to our clients. As a cleaning technician, you are responsible for cleaning client homes according to the cleaning task list. Cleaning tasks include but are not limited to; trash removal, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, family room, dining room, den/office, utility/laundry room, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming floors, window washing, and other duties as assigned.

Starting Pay: $15 per hour
Cleaning Techs are paid as W2 employees. Required deductions are taken. Pay is twice per month: 15th and last day of the month.
To be considered for hire:
- Available to pass Criminal Background Check
- Provide 4 Professional References required (work, church, teachers, etc)
- Able to effectively communicate in English (oral and written)
- Legal to work in the US
- Able to show up to scheduled locations on time.
Hours:
- Mon – Fri 9:00 – 5:30
- Sat 9:30 am – 3 pm
- Sun Closed
Work is as needed depending on the agreed-to schedule. Hours are not guaranteed as we rebuild our client base to pre-pandemic levels. On average 5 – 10 hours per week
Training:
The investment in your training is to help you succeed as a Team member and to develop skills. The paid training includes:
- Toolbag and cleaning tools and solutions.
- Customer Service.
- Cleaning Bathrooms, Kitchens, Floors
- Dusting
Clients we serve:
- Residential homes: Single-family / condo / appointments
- Air BnB Turnover
- Single-Family Rental Property Turnover
Primary Service Areas:
Prince Georges County – Largo, Upper Marlboro, Bowie, Lanham
Anne Arundel – surrounding areas. Baltimore – property rentals.
